就业导向视域下高职健身专业教学管理研究

Study on the Teaching Management of Fitness Major in Higher Vocational Education from the Perspective of Employment Orientation

随着社会的进步和发展,人们的消费需求也在追随时代进程不断进行变化,尤其是进入新时代以来,人们对于自身的健康问题也是越来越关注和重视,这也无形之中对从业体育健身产业的人们提出了更高的素质要求。作为处于体育健身产业链上游的高职院校来说,如何培养以服务好市场为导向的专业型人才是目前各大高职院校亟待解决的问题。该文就以市场需求为导向,分析高职院校在健身指导与管理专业教学管理当中存在的问题,并提出相应的解决办法。

With the progress and development of society,people’s consumption demand is also constantly changing with the progress of the times,especially since entering the new era,people pay more and more attention to their own health problems,which also invisibly puts forward higher quality requirements for people engaged in sports fitness industry.As a higher vocational college in the upstream of the sports fitness industry chain,how to cultivate professional talents oriented to serve the market is an urgent problem to be solved.Based on market demand,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching management of fitness guidance and management in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
