产教融合实训基地教学提升学生核心竞争力的对策研究

Research on the Countermeasures of Improving the Core Competitiveness of Students by Teaching in Practical Training Bases of Industry-education Integration

产教融合是目前职业院校进行校企合作的方向,而产教融合实训基地建设又成为人才培养的创新举措。产教融合的实训基地区别于传统实训基地的建设,将企业真正引入人才培养过程中,并且为学生在校期间接触企业经营提供了机会。产教融合实训基地能够有效帮助提升学生核心竞争力,但需要多措并举,校企双方共同构建协同育人体系、遴选既懂"教"又有"产"的优质企业合作、重视产教融合实训基地教师培养,不断发展。

Industry-education integration is the direction in which vocational schools cooperate with enterprises recently.And the construction in practical training base of industry-education integration is the innovative measures in personnel training’s system.Practical training bases of industry-education integration are different from traditional practical training bases,and the enterprises can participate in the process of personnel training,which will provide opportunities for students to connect with enterprises during their school days.Practical training bases of industry education integration are good for students to improve their core competitiveness.There are some measures to achieve this goal:schools and enterprises should jointly build a collaborative education system;the schools should select high quality enterprises which are good for producing and educating;the schools should attach importance to training teachers in practical training bases of industry-education integration.
