摘要
针对辽宁某地低品位菱镁矿,采用反浮选工艺进行浮选提纯.分别采用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)、十二胺及合成的一种新型咪唑类季铵盐为捕收剂,硅酸钠为抑制剂,松油为起泡剂对菱镁矿浮选效果进行研究.实验结果表明:在保持原矿浆pH不变前提下,改变各捕收剂的用量.在十二胺为捕收剂,硅酸钠用量为200 g/t,十二胺用量为200 g/t的条件下,MgO品位及回收率达到最高,分别为42.59%、81.21%;在CTMAB为捕收剂,保持硅酸钠用量200 g/t、CTMAB用量为600 g/t时,MgO的品位及回收率最高,分别为45.06%和84.75%;在咪唑类季铵盐为捕收剂,保持硅酸钠用量100 g/t、咪唑类季铵盐用量700 g/t条件下,MgO的品位和回收率达到最高,分别为44.59%和85.54%.
For the low-grade magnesite in Liaoning,the reverse flotation process was used for re-purification.Cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTMAB),dodecylamine and a new synthetic imidazole quaternary ammonium salt were used as collectors,sodium silicate as inhibitor,and pine oil as foaming agent.The experimental results show that the dosage of each collector is changed while maintaining the pH of the original slurry.When dodecylamine was used as collector,when the dosage of sodium silicate was 200 g/t and the dosage of dodecylamine was 200 g/t,the MgO grade mass fraction and recovery rate(mass fraction)reached the highest,which were 42.59%and 81.21%,respectively.When CTMAB was used as collector,the grade and recovery of MgO were the highest when the dosage of sodium silicate was 200 g/t and the amount of CTMAB was 600 g/t,which was 45.06%and 84.75%,respectively.Under the premise of imidazole quaternary ammonium salt as collector,the dosage of sodium silicate was 100g/t,the amount of imidazole quaternary ammonium salt was unchanged at 700 g/t,the grade and recovery rate of MgO reached the highest,44.59%and 85.54%,respectively.
