摘要
采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究肉豆蔻酸、棕榈醇及其二元体系的热性能.实验结果表明:肉豆蔻酸/棕榈醇二元体系呈现共晶行为,共晶熔融温度为36.72℃,熔化潜热为141.41 J/g.共晶物中棕榈醇的质量分数为60%.加速热循环试验表明,共晶混合物的共晶熔化温度和相变潜热在300~1000次热循环后没有明显变化,证明共晶混合物具有良好的热稳定性.因此,肉豆蔻酸/棕榈醇共晶物可以作为热能储存的相变材料.
Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)was used to investigate the thermal properties of myristic acid,1-hexadecanol and their binary system.The experimental results show that the myristic acid/1-hexadecanol binary system presents eutectic behavior.The eutectic melting temperature(Tem)is 36.72℃,and the melting latent heat of eutectic mixture(ΔHem)is 141.41 J/g.The corresponding mass fraction of 1-hexadecanol in eutectic mixture is 60%.Accelerated thermal cycle test shows that the eutectic melting temperature and the latent heat of phase transformation of the eutectic mixture have not obvious variations after 300~1000 thermal cycles,which proves that the eutectic mixture has good thermal stability.There fore,the myristic acid/palmitol eutectic can be used as a phase change material for thermal energy storage.
