摘要
本文以创业板上市的189家中关村高新技术企业为研究对象,对样本企业研发投入指标和企业绩效指标进行面板数据回归分析。结果表明:当期研发支出与企业规模对企业绩效水平的影响并不明显。企业受政府支持力度对企业盈利能力和发展能力均有一定的正向影响。通过对研发投入和企业绩效的积累效应进行分析,发现企业研发投入强度对企业盈利能力有显著的正向影响,且随时间推移而影响作用增强。文章在上述研究结果基础上得出若干启示,提出相应建议。
In this paper,189 Zhongguancun high-tech enterprises listed on the GEM are taken as the research objects,and panel data regression analysis is carried out on the R&D investment indicators and enterprise performance indicators of sample enterprises.The results show that the current R&D expenditure and enterprise scale have no significant impact on the level of enterprise performance.The support of the government has a positive impact on the profitability and development ability of enterprises.Through the analysis of the cumulative effect of R&D investment and enterprise performance,this paper finds that the intensity of R&D investment has a significant impact on the profitability of enterprises,and the effect increases with time.Based on the above research results,this paper draws some enlightenment and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
