基于国际创新要素集聚的科创小镇空间营造——以昆山杜克科创小镇概念规划及城市设计为例

摘要 创新是引领发展的第一动力,是建设现代化经济体系的战略支撑。本文在对创新空间内涵和系统构成梳理的基础上,提出国际创新空间的设计三个层面策略,也即全方位融入城市功能体系、培育适应国际创新人群生态链的创新环境与支撑体系和打造高品质的创新科研社区和场所。在此基础上,以集聚众多国内外优质创新资源的杜克小镇为例,搭建创新体系,打造适应国际人群生态链的创新空间,构建开放、融合、多元的创新生态,以期能够对其他创新空间的规划设计提供一定的借鉴意义。 Innovation is the first driving force of development and the strategic support of developing modern economic system.Basing on understanding connotation and system composition of innovation space,the article points out three strategies on designing innovation space,namely:integrating into urban function system in an all-round way,creating innovation environment and supporting system that adapts to the ecological chain of international innovative people,as well as building high-quality innovation research communities and places.Taking Duke Town,which gathers many high-quality innovation resources both at home and abroad,as an example,this paper builds innovation system and space for international people and establishes an open,converged and multi-variant innovation eco-system,so as to provide certain reference for the planning and design of other innovation spaces.
