随着精装修商品房的推广,房屋交付时配套安装地暖的工程越来越多,而涉及地暖方面的投诉也在逐年增加。本文针对地暖工程常见的一些质量投诉问题进行原因分析并提出预控措施,旨在供相关人员参考,更好地控制地暖施工质量,减少此类投诉件。

With the promotion of well decorated commercial housing,there are more and more projects to install radiant floor heating,while the complaints about radiant floor heating are increasing year by year.This paper analyzes the causes of some common quality complaints and proposes preventive measures for readers’reference,so as to better control the installation quality of radiant floor heating and reduce such complaints.
