摘要
苏州七子山地区过去属于近郊区,布局较多垃圾处理功能,承担市区各类垃圾的回收与处理任务。随着城市扩张,该地区逐渐被城市功能包围。虽然区域价值不断提升,但已成规模的静脉企业集群及其所造成的环境问题限制了地区发展,其中气体污染影响尤其明显。本次研究围绕最小化气体污染对周边环境的危害和将不利因素转化为资源条件等两个问题展开。首先,对污染源特点、污染物构成及污染气体扩散特征进行分析,进而从污染源、扩散途径和城市空间三个环节入手提出“减、挡、疏、解”等四条防治策略,并从功能布局、空间形态和绿地系统等三个方面提出空间优化建议。
In the past,the location of the Qizishan District was far from the urban area with many waste treatment functions in Suzhou.With the urban expansion,the area becomes part of the urban region.Although the land value continues to improve,the development of the region is restricted by the environmental problems,especially the waste gas pollution from the venous industry cluster.Two main clues are focused as to minimize the harm of waste gas pollution to the surrounding environment and transform the negative factors into resources conditions.First,the characteristics of pollution sources,the composition of pollutants and the characteristics of the generation and diffusion are analyzed.And then,starting from the three links of pollution sources,diffusion channels and urban space,four prevention and control strategies are proposed,including“reducing,blocking,dispersing and resolving”,and space optimization suggestions are put forward from three aspects of functional layout,spatial form and green space system.
