摘要
中国蒙医整骨术以手法整复著称,它在漫长的整骨实践中累积了骨折10种线形分类及其整复手法。临床实践证明,骨折如此分类是合理的,整复手法是有效的。基于骨折线直观成果与潜在成因,利用现代骨伤生物力学等多学科理论及方法分别建立、完善其线性与力性分类判据及其对应整复手法概念。在临床上,从骨折线直观成果与潜在成因整体把握骨折分类及其整复手法,不仅提高诊断率、优化手法合理性,而且为当今骨折复位概念的多样化发展提供新思路、新方法。其理论意义和临床价值不可低估。
Chinese Mongolian medicine osteotomy is famous for its manipulation.It has accumulated 10 categories of fractures and their treatment techniques in the long bone practice.This is classified according to the linear characteristics of fractures.Clinical practice has proved that the classification of fracture is reasonable,and the treatment is effective.Based on the intuitionistic results and potential causes of fracture line,the classification criterion of linearity and force is established and improved by using modern biomechanics and other multidisciplinary theories and methods.To grasp the classification of fractures and their remediation techniques as a whole from the visual results of fracture lines and potential causes can not only improve the diagnostic rate and optimize the rationality of the techniques,but also provide new ideas and methods for the diversified development of the concept of fracture reduction.Its theoretical significance and clinical value should not be underestimated.
