摘要
文章从五脏相关学说探讨重症监护病房获得性肌无力(ICUAW)的中医病机及诊疗思路,认为ICUAW的发病为脾虚为本、五脏受累、肌肉失养,治疗上宜顾护脾胃,升阳举陷,并根据五脏虚损加以辨证调护,以期为该病的临床诊疗提供理论参考。
This paper discussed the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of intensive care unit acquired weakness(ICUAW)from the theory of five viscera related theory.It holds that the pathogenesis of ICUAW is spleen deficiency,the five viscera dysfunction is involved and muscles are out of nourishment.In the traditional Chinese medicine treatment,it is advisable to take care of spleen and stomach,promote yang qi and improve qi sinking,and take care according to the deficiency of five viscera,so as to provide theoretical reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
