王庆国从调和营卫论治高血压病经验浅析

Brief analysis of WANG Qing-guo’s experience in treating hypertension from the perspective of regulating ying and wei

王庆国教授业医近五十载,在内、外、妇、儿等各科的诊治方面均有颇深造诣,王教授临证治疗高血压病常从"调和营卫"思路出发,疗效颇佳。文章以"营卫"学说为指导,从"调和营卫"的广义内涵角度阐明血压形成的生理基础和高血压病发生的病理基础,进而分析王庆国教授以"调和营卫"为纲治疗高血压病的处方用药特点,并结合具体医案阐述王庆国教授临证治疗高血压病的诊疗思路。

Professor WANG Qing-guo has been practicing medicine for nearly 50 years,who is quite accomplished in the clinical treatment of various miscellaneous diseases including internal and external diseases,gynecology and pediatrics.His clinical treatment of hypertension from the thought of‘regulating ying and wei’,which have a good curative effect.This paper aims to clarify the physiological basis for the formation of blood pressure and the pathological basis for the occurrence of hypertension under the guidance of the‘ying and wei’theory and the connotation of‘regulating ying and wei’in a broad sense.Analyzing the characteristics of professor WANG Qing-guo’s prescription and medication in the treatment of hypertension based on the principle of‘regulating ying and wei’.The author expounds professor WANG Qing-guo’s clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas of hypertension combining the specific medical cases.
