对中药药性表征的思考

Thoughts on characterization of Chinese medical properties

针对中药药性表征的困境,通过研究古今文献,结合对药性理论形成的思考,总结出中药药性的属性是通过药效而被认识,是"以效识性"而获得;中药药性的属性与药效具有共同的物质基础,即"性效同源";中药药性的属性与作用具有"性效互表"的关系;从而提出建立在对证用药的基础上,以药物的药效为核心的"以效表性",是中药药性属性表征的可行途径。

To solve the dilemma of the characterization of Chinese medical properties,we proposed that the Chinese medical properties can be characterization by effect and is obtained by‘recognizing the effectiveness’based on literature review and thinking the properties of herb.The attribute and effect have the same material basis,that is,‘the same source of property and effect’.The attribute and function of Chinese medicine have the relationship of‘mutual expression of property and effect’.Therefore,it is suggested that the‘characterization of preproperties by effect’based on drug efficacy is a feasible way to characterize the property of traditional Chinese medicine.
