挑刺疗法治疗痔的基本思路探究

Exploring the basic ideas of the treatment of hemorrhoids by spur therapy

随着饮食习惯的改变以及生活压力的增加,痔疮发病率呈现逐年升高趋势。素有"十人九痔"一说,痔疮发病率在肛肠疾病中位居首位。中医学传承千年,在痔疮内外治疗中的应用源远流长。早在战国时期,《五十二病方》中就有痔外治法的相关记载。针灸作为中医的特色诊疗手段,在痔疮治疗中独具优势。挑刺疗法作为针灸的特色针法,运用中医整体观念,遵循中医脏腑经络理论,为痔疮提供便捷、高效的内病外治思路。文章主要阐述痔疮的中医学认知、挑刺疗法的古今渊源、挑刺疗法治疗痔疮的机制、选穴原则以及疗效,为痔疮的中医挑刺诊疗提供基本思路。

With the changes in diet and living habits,the incidence of hemorrhoids has gradually increased,occupying the number one position in anorectal disease.Traditional Chinese medicine has advantages in internal and external treatment of hemorrhoids.In the Warring States Period,Fifty-two Bing Fang contains relevant records of external hemorrhoid treatment.Acupuncture and moxibustion,as a characteristic diagnosis and treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine,has unique advantages in the treatment of hemorrhoids.Among them,spur therapy is a special method of acupuncture and moxibustion.It uses the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine and follows the theory of zang-fu viscera,and meridian theory of traditional Chinese medicine to provide a convenient and efficient internal and external treatment of hemorrhoids.This study mainly elaborated the traditional Chinese medicine cognition of hemorrhoids,the ancient and modern origins of spur therapy,the mechanism of spur therapy for hemorrhoids,the principle of selecting acupoints and the curative effect,and provided basic ideas for TCM spur therapy in treating hemorrhoids.
