基于中西医临床病症特点的葡萄膜炎动物模型分析

Analysis of animal models of uveitis based on characteristics of clinical symptoms of Chinese and western medicine

基于葡萄膜炎的中西医临床诊断标准及病症特点,对目前常见的葡萄膜炎动物模型进行归纳总结,主要有:实验性自身免疫性葡萄膜炎(EAU)动物模型、内毒素诱导的葡萄膜炎(EIU)动物模型、联合性EIU+EAU动物模型及自发性葡萄膜炎动物模型。根据葡萄膜炎的病因病机、中西医临床特点,分析各种动物模型的优缺点及其与临床病症特点的吻合程度,归纳相应动物模型评价指标体系及现有葡萄膜炎动物模型的改进方向,为制备具有中西医临床病症特点的葡萄膜炎动物模型提供依据,对诊断治疗葡萄膜炎起到重要作用。

Based on uveitis characteristics of Chinese and western medicine clinical diagnostic criteria and conditions,and to the current paper summarizes common uveitis animal model,mainly has:the animal model of experimental autoimmune uveitis(EAU),the animal model of endotoxin induced uveitis(EIU),joint the EIU+EAU animal model and spontaneous transgenic uveitis animal model.According to the etiology and pathogenesis of uveitis and the clinical characteristics of traditional Chinese and western medicine,the advantages and disadvantages of animal models and the degree of coincident with clinical symptoms were analyzed,and propose the corresponding evaluation index system of animal models and the improvement direction of exiting animal models of uveitis was concluded.It provides a basis for the preparation of animal models of uveitis with clinical characteristics of traditional Chinese and western medicine and plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of uveitis.
