探讨挑治疗法的传承和发展

Discussion on the inheritance and development of pricking therapy

挑治疗法是中医外治中的重要特色疗法,大量临床证实该疗法安全有效。挑治疗法从最初治疗疮痒和痧症,扩大到痔疮、痛经、弱精、偏头痛、哮喘等多种疾病,目前治疗疾病达到80多种。但对于挑治疗法的研究多是临床经验的总结,其作用机制及诊疗规律尚未清晰,挑治疗法的临床和基础研究不能满足该疗法的发展需求。为更好地总结和发展该技术,文章从历史渊源、适应病症、治疗部位、作用机制等方面进行分析和探讨。

Pricking therapy is one of most characteristic TCM external treatment which is safe and effective based on a large amount of clinical practice.The treatment of pricking therapy has expanded from the initial treatment of furuncles and Sha syndrome to hemorrhoids,dysmenorrhea,weak essence,migraine,asthenospermia migraine asthma and other diseases,which is more than 80 clinical indications.However,most of the researchs on pricking therapy methods is a brief summary of clinical experience,and the mechanism is not yet clear.The clinical and basic research of pricking therapy can not meet the need for selfdevelopment.In order to improve this technology,the historical origin,indication treated areas,and mechanism of action would be analyzed and discussed in this article.
