随着超声技术水平的提高,针刀治疗已经从以前的盲扎经验治病和教学向可视化方向发展,极大提高了医疗和科研教学水平。在现在的医疗行业,无论是国内和国外,都开始广泛采用可视化经皮松解技术,特别是超声与针刀治疗相结合,可以清晰观察解剖结构以避开血管神经和脏器组织,辅助诊断和精确定位治疗靶点。超声引导针刀治疗应用于治疗各种软组织疾病,不仅提高了针刀治疗的安全性,同时也实现了精准医疗。文章就可视化针刀的发展机遇和挑战作一述评。

With the improvement of ultrasound technology,needle-knife treatment has developed from the previous blind puncture experience treatment and teaching to the direction of visualization,which has greatly improved the level of medical and scientific research and teaching.In the current medical industry,both at home and abroad,visual percutaneous lysis technology has begun to be widely used,especially the combination of ultrasound and needle knife therapy,which can clearly observe anatomical structures to avoid blood vessels,nerves and organs,and assist diagnosis and precise positioning of the treatment target.Ultrasound guided needle knife therapy is applied to treat various soft tissue diseases,which not only improves the safety of needle knife treatment,but also realizes precision medical treatment.This article reviewed the development opportunities and challenges of visualized needle knife.
