中西医结合治疗骨折原则的新启示

中西医结合治疗骨折起始于1958年,以尚天裕教授为代表的骨科先驱在传统中医治疗骨折原则的基础上,结合现代医学知识和技术,开创了具有我国特色的骨折治疗方法。中西医结合治疗骨折的原则是以中医治疗骨折的基本理论为基础,贯彻了固定与活动相结合,骨与软组织并重,局部与全身治疗兼顾,医疗措施只有通过患者的主观能动性才能发挥作用等治疗观点,并进一步总结为动静结合、筋骨并重、内外兼治、医患配合的十六字原则。在每一例具体的治疗中,中西医结合治疗骨折原则给我们带来的启示是具有长期指导意义的,是值得每一位骨科医师深刻的思考。

The research of integrated Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of fractures began in 1958.A new rule and improved methods of fracture treatment with Chinese characteristics have been developed by Chinese orthopedic pioneers represented by professor SHANG Tian-yu,based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of fractures and combined with modern medical knowledge and technology.The new rule implements some therapeutic concepts,such as the combination of fixation and activity,bone and soft tissue are equally valued,local and systemic treatment are both considered,give full play to the subjective initiative of patients,and so on.It had been further summarized up as the sixteen Chinese character principle which was association of activity and inertia,equal emphasis on bones and tendons,internal and external application,doctor and patients cooperation.This rule still can provided new enlightenment to us in every step of fracture treatment.It is a subject worthy of deep thinking for every orthopedic staff.
