论《童蒙止观》所蕴含的和合养生思想 被引量:1

摘要 《童蒙止观》中所蕴含的止观养生法,具有和合文化的特质,其养生技巧有助于减嗜欲、安心神、调情志、顺气血、养五脏、治百病、开智慧,这与中医注重的惜精养气调神,"恬淡虚无,精神内守"的养生理念等有着相似相仿之处。文章试就《童蒙止观》所蕴含和合养生思想,如诃五欲,弃五盖;和五事,善滋养;修止观,合双运;息烦惑,烹凡心等具有特色的养生理念,从身息心三者的和合调养,达到身心和乐,祛疾防病,强身健体,以期有利于社会人群的目的。 The method of stopping and contemplation and health preservation contained in Tongmeng Zhiguan has the characteristics of harmonious culture.Its health-preserving skills are helpful to reduce lust,calm heart,regulate emotions,smooth qi and blood,nourish five internal organs,cure all diseases and open up wisdom,which is similar to the traditional Chinese medicine’s concept of cherishing essence,nourishing qi and regulating spirit,and the concept of’tranquility and emptiness,keeping the spirit in mind’,and so on.This paper tried to discuss the characteristic concept of harmony and health preservation contained in Tongmeng Zhiguan.For examples,excoriate five desires and abandon five covers;harmonize five things and emphasize on nourishment;cultivate stopping and contemplation and combine the two methods;stop worries and confusion and observe ordinary heart.From the regulation and harmony of the body,the breath and the mind,it can achieve the purpose of physical and mental harmony,preventing and dispelling diseases,and strengthening the body in order to benefit the community.
