《黄帝内经》色脉合参思辨方法探微

通过对《黄帝内经》诊断方面的原文进行系统整理与分析,笔者总结了《黄帝内经》中色脉合参的思想和经验。书中不但色脉合参推断病因、辨别病性、明确病位,而且色脉合参测病情轻重、病之新故和病势预后。《黄帝内经》色脉合参诊断方法蕴含着中医整体观念和司外揣内的基本思想,对中医诊法理论的完善以及临床诊断的指导具有重要的意义。因此医者在行医过程中要时刻谨记"能合脉色,可以万全",综合分析,洞察本质,如此方可准确辨证,得心应手。
