奇经病脉诊考述

Research and discussion on pulse taking of diseases in extra meridian

奇经八脉理论作为中医学的重要组成部分,而奇经八脉脉诊在古籍中则是散乱无端,尚未有系统整理。文章在梳理历代奇经病脉诊相关文献的基础上,论述了奇经病脉诊的历史源流,并指明奇经八脉脉象显于病变之时。此外,对奇经八脉疾病的表现、脉诊的部位、所显示的脉象、历代的解释进行了考证与评述,并结合奇经八脉的生理与特点对奇经八脉之脉象进行了解释,使湮没于古代的奇经病脉法得以全面呈现。以期对奇经病的临床诊治作出脉诊理论支持。

The theory of the eight extra meridians is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine,but the diagnosis of the eight extra meridians has not been systematically organized in ancient books.On the basis of sorting out relevant literature on pulse taking of diseases in eight extra meridians,this paper discussed the origin and development of pulse taking of diseases in eight extra meridians,and pointed out that this pulse appears at the time of eight extra meridians illness,and analyzed some information about diseases in it,such as manifestations,location of pulse taking,pulse condition and explanations in past dynasties.In addition,the author explained the pulse condition of diseases in terms of the physiology and characteristic of eight extra meridians,so that the diagnosis of the eight extra meridians that disappeared in ancient times could be fully presented.It can provide theoretical support for the clinical application of pulse taking.
