《证治要义》为清代旴江医家陈当务所撰,全书10卷,叙述论治、幼科、痘疹、脉法、妇科及杂症急救等,内含大量食疗内容。其中卷三、卷四、卷五尽述各种小儿疾病,尤重饮食疗法。食物外治采用外洗、外涂、热熨、外敷等方法,取材简单,灵活施治;内治上,药食相参治疗疳积、麻疹、痘疮等病,充分展现食疗在儿科的优势。文章对该书中的儿科食疗内容进行整理挖掘,以期为现代儿科临床提供有益参考。
