基于玄府理论及变蒸学说对小儿自闭症的认识 被引量:13

摘要 文章基于玄府理论及变蒸学说提出玄府是小儿变蒸的解剖部位所在,生理上玄府通畅是小儿变蒸的微观基础,病理上玄府"有所闭塞"会出现小儿变蒸的身体症状和精神症状,总结古籍发现开通玄府法可治疗小儿变蒸期间症状;玄府闭塞导致小儿变蒸失常,基本病机为玄府闭塞不通,脏腑功能不调,导致神的紊乱和(或)不足,出现自闭症的症状,而且小儿自闭症症状随年龄增长逐渐加重与玄府闭塞程度有关,提出通玄达神、调理脏腑为原则论治小儿自闭症,以期丰富小儿自闭症的中医理论认识,为拓宽小儿自闭症的防治思路提供理论参考。 According to the theory of Xuanfu and steaming changes in infant theory,the article proposed the Xuanfu is anatomy and micro foundation of children with steaming changes in infant.There will be physical and mental symptoms of children with steaming changes in infant in Xuanfu pathology as’obstruction’.Summarizing the ancient books,it found that the opening of the Xuanfu method could treat children’s symptoms during steaming changes in infant.Xuanfu obstruction will cause children to become steamed abnormally,and the basic pathogenesis is the obstruction of the Xuanfu and the imbalance of the viscera,which leads to the disorder and/or deficiency of the spirit,with symptoms of autism.Moreover,the symptoms of autism in children gradually aggravate with age and are related to the degree of Xuanfu obstruction,put forward the principles of Tongxuandashen and conditioning the organs as a principle to treat children with autism,in order to enrich the understanding of children with autism in TCM.To provide a theoretical reference for broadening the prevention and treatment of children with autism.
