储真真运用中药内外同治乳腺癌经验

Clinical experience of CHU Zhen-zhen in treating breast cancer with traditional Chinese medicine combined internal and external treatment

文章介绍储真真教授治疗乳腺癌的经验。储教授认为乳腺癌基本病机是以肝郁脾虚为本、痰瘀毒结为标,基于本虚标实病证特点,自创"莲龙消积方",对乳腺癌术后、放化疗后及内分泌期患者随症加减治疗,同时配合中药外敷疗法,内外治相结合,临床疗效颇显,开拓中医药治疗乳腺癌的新思路。

This paper introduced professor CHU Zhen-zhen’s experience in treating breast cancer.Professor CHU believes that the basic pathogenesis of breast cancer is that stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency as the root cause,and phlegmatic toxin stagnation as the manifestation.Based on the characteristics of deficiency in origin and excess in superficislity,professor CHU self-creates’Lianlong Xiaoji Decoction’,which is applied for patients of breast cancer after surgery,radiotherapy,chemotherapy and under endocrine stage through symptom differentiation,and combines with external application of TCM.By combining internal and external treatment,the clinical effect is quite obvious,and opens up a new way of TCM thinking in the treatment of breast cancer.
