小建中汤证治辨析

小建中汤为临床治疗虚劳常用方剂,文章从3则临床病案(室女月水不行案、腹痛案、便秘案)探讨小建中汤的临床证治思路及加减方法,并结合《伤寒论》《金匮要略》《肘后备急方》《千金翼方》原文,提炼出小建中汤的证治特点为"上下交损,当治其中";临床应用指征以虚损病后,身体瘦削,面萎疲乏,腹部拘急,喜温喜按,四体沉冷,腰背强痛,五心烦热,纳呆神钝,心悸咽干,失精梦交,喜爱甜食,脉弱无力为主;临床使用禁忌为呕家、实热、阴虚火旺及痰湿内盛者所不宜;且小建中汤中饴糖不可去除。
