Analysis of LI Yue-qing’s thoughts on couplet medicines for late onset hypogonadism in male

男性迟发性性腺功能减退在临床上属于男科的常见疾病,其发病机制与多种因素损害雄激素的正常分泌和生物活性有关。中医学虽无对应病名,但对本病的认识却比较早,治疗方法丰富。李曰庆教授认为其核心病机是"肾精日损,天癸渐衰"并兼夹心、肝、脾等脏腑功能的异常病理变化。在临床上,对本病的辨治经验丰富,见解有独到之处,强调辨证与辨病相结合,中医与西医相结合,身心同治,男女同调,疗效确切,现对其具体思路做一浅析,以供同道相互借鉴。

Late onset hypogonadism in male is a common androgenic disease in the clinic,and its pathogenesis is related to multiple factors that impair the normal secretion and biological activity of androgens.Although there is no corresponding disease name in traditional Chinese medicine,the knowledge of this disease is relatively early and the treatment methods are abundant.Professor LI Yue-qing believes that its core pathogenesis is’the daily damage of kidney essence,the declining of tian gui’and the abnormal pathological changes of visceral functions such as heart,liver and spleen.In clinical practice,he has rich experience in the treatment of this disease,and has unique insights.He emphasizes the combination of syndrome and disease differentiation,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,simultaneous treatment of body and mind,coherence on male and female.Now specific ideas of LI Yue-qing were analyzed in this paper for mutual reference.
