王云川生马钱子临床应用探賾

Exploration of the clinical application of WANG Yun-chuan’s Strychni Semen

马钱子临床应用千年而不变,说明它具有显著的效果,可谓是"毒药猛剂善起沉疴"。但由于马钱子有大毒,且目前医患关系的微妙变化,临床中将其用于治疗神经系统疾病并不广泛,大多数医者多选用安全无毒的中药进行治疗,但疗效亦差别较大。王云川教授自2010年在临床中使用生马钱子入汤剂治疗相关疾病,至今已治疗近千例患者,取得良效。故文章通过整理、分析、思考王云川教授临床应用生马钱子的病案、处方,总结其临床应用经验及对马钱子性温的思考,以探王教授学术思想之一斑,以飨同道。

The clinical application of Strychni Semen has remained unchanged for thousands of years,indicating that it has remarkable effect,it could be said that it is’poison and strong medicines are good at getting rid of severe and lingering illness’.However,because of the large toxicity of Strychni Semen,and the subtle changes of doctor-patient relationship,it is not widely used in clinical treatment of nervous system diseases.Most doctors choose safe and non-toxic Chinese medicine for treatment,but the curative effect is also quite different.Professor WANG Yun-chuan has been using Strychnni Semen in the treatment of related diseases since 2010.Up to now,nearly 1000 patients have been treated,and good results have been obtained.Therefore,this paper summarized his clinical application experience and his thinking on the warm nature of Strychni Semen through sorting,analyzing and thinking about professor WANG Yun-chuan’s medical records and prescriptions of clinical application,so as to explore one spot of professor WANG’s academic thought and offer a feast for the same.
