基于“少阳为枢”理论探讨《伤寒论》柴胡类方治疗癌性发热

Discussion on Shanghan Lun Chaihu Recipe in the treatment of cancer fever based on the theory of‘shaoyang as the pivot’

癌性发热是中晚期癌症患者一种常见并发症,严重影响了患者的生活质量。癌性发热临床主要以低热为主,属于少阳枢机不利而致的"郁热",既具有"往来寒热"的特点,又具有"潮热""发作有时"的特点。《伤寒论》柴胡类方或治从少阳,或少阳阳明同治,均不离"少阳枢"这一核心,文章立足"少阳为枢"理论,探讨《伤寒论》柴胡类方治疗癌性发热的机理,以期对临床中医治疗癌性发热有一定的指导作用。

Cancer fever is a common complication in patients with advanced cancer,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.The clinical features of cancer fever are mainly low fever,which is a kind of’stagnated heat’caused by the shaoyang cardinals.It has not only the characteristics of’cold and hot exchanges’,but also the characteristics of’hot flashes’,’occasional attacks’.Shanghan Lun Chaihu Recipe are treated disease through shaoyang,or through shaoyang-yangming together,all of them are inseparable from the core of’Shaoyang pivot’.Based on the theory of’shaoyang as the pivot’,this paper discussed the mechanism of Chaihu Recipe in the treatise on febrile cancer,in the hope of guiding the treatment of cancer fever by traditional Chinese medicine.
