瞑眩反应作为人体在疾病过程中出现的向愈反应,其发生常意味着疾病病理稳态的动摇,往往被称之为好转反应、整健反应、排病反应、排毒反应。其发生与药物的不良反应无论在表现形式或发生机制方面都存在着本质的区别,但在临床实践中易被病家或医者误解为药物不良反应,因此,文章整理近期临床中所遇到的瞑眩反应案例,并附录关于瞑眩反应的相关思考,以探求其发生的机制,进而能够掌握其发生规律,以期在今后临床实践中能够准确辨识。

Dizziness reaction as the body in the process of the disease to the more reaction,its occurrence often means that the pathological homeostasis of the disease,often referred to as the improvement of the response,the overall response,the disease response,detoxification reaction.Its occurrence is essential difference from drug adverse reaction in terms of form or mechanism,but in clinical practice easy to be a patient and his family or healer misunderstanding for drug adverse reaction,so for this reason this paper organized recent dizziness reactions in clinical cases,and appendixed related thoughts on dizziness reactions,to explore the mechanism of it,then could grasp its laws,in order to accurately identify clinical practice in the future.
