四定问诊法在骨伤科疾病诊断中的应用

Application of four-definite inquiry method in the diagnosis of orthopedic and traumatologic diseases

"望、闻、问、切"四种诊法是进行中医辨证论治的基础,其中问诊是四诊中的重要环节。四定问诊法是王健教授提出的一种针对骨伤科疾病诊断的问诊方法,以定性、定位、定级、定因为组成要素。文章通过分析四定问诊法在骨伤科疾病诊断中的应用,来说明四定问诊法有助于骨伤科医生提高问诊效率。将四定问诊法进行推广,不仅可以帮助医学生群体掌握问诊技巧,也有利于患者在就诊前进行自我筛查以节约就诊流程。

The four diagnostic methods of’inspection,auscultation and olfaction,inquiry,palpation and pulse taking’are the basis for syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,and inquiry is an important link in the four diagnostic methods.Four-definite inquiry method is a kind of inquiry method for orthopedic and traumatologic diseases diagnosis put forward by professor WANG Jian,which composed of qualitative,positioning,grading and causal factors.By analyzing the application of the four-definite inquiry method in the diagnosis of orthopedic and traumatologic diseases,it shows that the four-definite inquiry method is helpful for orthopedic and traumatologic doctors to improve the efficiency of consultation.The promotion of four-definite inquiry method can not only help the medical students to master the consultation skills,but also help the patients to carry out self-screening before the treatment in order to save the medical process.
