补肾强督方治疗强直性脊柱炎研究进展

Research progress of Bushen Qiangdu Formula in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis

为总结补肾强督方(BSQDF)治疗强直性脊柱炎(AS)的研究进展。文章检索中国期刊全文数据库、万方和PubMed数据库,时间从建库至2019年3月22日,筛选BSQDF治疗AS的实验和临床研究。结果共纳入3个实验研究和13个临床研究。实验研究发现,BSQDF可通过调节DKK1/Wnt和Wnt/β-catenin通路控制AS的炎症、抑制/延缓病理性骨化,调节OPG/RANKL通路改善AS伴发的骨质疏松。临床研究提示,补肾强督方治疗AS的ASAS 20缓解率超过70%,能改善患者BASDAI、BASFI、BASMI、BASG、血沉、C反应蛋白、骨密度等,但多数研究方法学质量偏低,实验研究数量较少,其疗效、安全性及可能的作用机制有待更多高质量的研究证实。

To summarize research progress of Bushen Qiangdu Formula(BSQDF)in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis(AS).This paper searched the following databases from their inception until March 22 th in 2019 for researches on BSQDF in treating AS:China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Database and PubMed.Citations were screened and results of included researches were summarized.There were three experimental studies and 13 clinical studies included in this paper.According to current experimental studies,BSQDF can inhibit inflammation of AS,inhibit/delay pathological ossification by regulating DKK1/Wnt and Wnt/β-catenin signal pathways,and can improve osteoporosis associated with AS through regulating OPG/RANKL signal pathway.Results in these clinical studies show that BSQDF is effective and safe for patients with AS.Its ASAS 20 remission rate exceeds 70%and it can improve the following indexes for patients with AS:BASDAI,BASFI,BASMI,BASG,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein,bone density,etc.However,most of current clinical researches have low methodological quality,and the number of experimental studies is small,more high-quality researches are warranted to confirm its effectiveness,safety and possible mechanism of action.
