文章阐述治疗软组织损伤的特种针刺工具,探求其发展源流,并分析影响因素和发展趋势。通过查阅相关针灸书籍及文献,结合临床所用针刺工具,发现针刺工具的发展受《黄帝内经》理论、软组织损伤理论等多方面因素的影响。未来治疗软组织损伤的针刺工具需以传统中医理论为基石,现代解剖医学为指导,临床需求为方向,向无痛、微创、多功能方向发展。

This paper described the special needle for the treatment of soft tissue injuries,explored its development origin,and analyzed the influencing factors and development trend.By consulting related acupuncture books and literature,combined with clinical acupuncture used tools,it is found that the development of acupuncture tool is affected by Huangdi Neijing theory,soft tissue injuries theory,etc.In the future,acupuncture tools for the treatment of soft tissue injuries should be based on the traditional Chinese medicine theory,guided by the modern anatomy of medicine,and oriented by clinical demand,developing toward painless,minimally invasive and multifunctional direction.
