队列研究在针灸领域的应用现状

Application status of cohort study in the field of acupuncture

目前队列研究在针灸领域的应用较多,但相关研究却良莠不齐,还存在如缺少针灸细节、研究对象不清晰、结局事件判断标准不全面等问题需要改善。文章论述了队列研究的概念、特点、分类,通过中国知网、万方数据库、PubMed数据库,获取2000年至2019年在针灸研究领域中与队列研究方法有关的文章,对相关文章进行归纳整理,并使用澳大利亚乔安娜·布里格斯研究所(JBI)的循证卫生保健中心对队列研究的真实性评价工具进行质量评价,从而探讨了队列研究是否适合应用于针灸领域及其应用现状。

At present,there are many applications of cohort study in the field of acupuncture,but the good and the bad of related studies are mixed.There are still some problems that need to be improved,such as the lack of acupuncture details,unclear research objects and incomplete judgment criteria of outcome events.The concept,characteristics and classification of cohort study were discussed,the relevant articles from 2000 to 2019 were grabbed from CNKI,Wanfang data and PubMed database,meanwhile the authenticity of cohort study evaluation tools of Australian Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)evidence-based health care center were used for quality evaluation.Furthermore,whether cohort study was suitable for the field of acupuncture was discussed and its application in the field of acupuncture was introduced.
