摘要
目的:对菝葜属植物短梗菝葜根茎的甾体皂苷类成分及抗肿瘤活性进行研究。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、葡聚糖凝胶(Sephadex LH-20)柱色谱、MCI柱色谱、半制备色谱法等多种分离方法,运用NMR、MS等波谱方法并结合文献数据对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。同时对其细胞毒活性进行研究。结果:从短梗菝葜根的正丁醇部位中分离得到10个甾体皂苷化合物。化合物1和4对HepG-2显现了很好的细胞毒活性,化合物1和7对SGC-7901有明显的细胞毒活性。结论:短梗菝葜富含甾体皂苷类化合物成分,且具有较好的抗肿瘤活性。
Objective:To study steroidal saponins and antitumor activity of rhizome of Smilax scobinicaulis.Methods:Silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,MCI column chromatography,Semi preparative chromatography and other separation methods were used.NMR,MS and other methods combined literature data were used to identify the structure of compounds.At the same time,its cytotoxic activity was studied.Results:Ten steroidal saponins were isolated from the n-butanol sites.The compound 1,4 showed good cytotoxic activities against HepG-2,compound 1,7 showed good cytotoxic activities against SGC-7901.Conclusion:Smilax scobinicaulis have abunant steroid saponins,and have good anti-tumor activity.
