小儿便秘的中医外治法应用研究

Applied research on external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine for infantile constipation

小儿便秘是小儿常见多发病,中医外治法作为中医特色疗法之一,治疗小儿便秘安全可靠,见效迅速,简便易行,费用低廉,无不良反应。文章对推拿疗法、穴位贴敷疗法、针灸疗法、中药药浴疗法、穴位埋线疗法和耳穴贴压疗法等中医外治法进行了归纳研究,探讨分析了各疗法的临床应用现状,提出未来为提高小儿便秘的临床疗效,应加大对本病的研究支持,结合小儿便秘的病机特点,将不同疗法的优势整合起来,同时借助现代医学技术,推动中医外治法在本病临床治疗中的应用。

Infantile constipation is a common and frequently-occurring disease in children.External therapy of traditional Chinese medicine is one of the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.It is safe,reliable,effective,simple,low-cost,and has no adverse reactions.In this paper,the traditional Chinese medicine external therapy of Tuina therapy,point application therapy,acupuncture therapy,Chinese medicine medicated bath therapy,point catgut-imbedding therapy and ear point tapping and pressing therapy were summarized,and the clinical application status of each therapy was analyzed.In order to improve the clinical efficacy of infantile constipation in the future,we should increase the research support for this disease,combined with the characteristics of the pathogenesis of infantile constipation,the advantages of different therapies will be integrated,and at the same time,with the help of modern medical technology,the application of TCM external therapy in the clinical treatment of this disease.
