综合医院护理人员中医体质对其心理健康水平的影响

Effecs of traditional Chinese medicine constitutions on mental health of nurses in general hospitals

目的:探讨中医体质对综合医院护理人员心理健康的影响。方法:采用随机抽样法纳入中山大学附属第五医院的209名护理人员,通过中医体质量表、90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行体质及心理健康调查。结果:平和体质102名(占48.8%)、偏颇体质107例(占51.2%);Spearman相关分析表明,人际关系、恐怖、偏执与偏颇体质正相关,与平和质呈负相关(P<0.05,P<0.01);多重回归分析显示,年龄、受教育程度、婚姻状况对心理症状的影响无统计学意义,而偏颇体质对强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执及精神病性的影响均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:偏颇体质可能是危及护理人员心理健康的重要因素。

Objective:To analyze the influence of traditional Chnese medicine(TCM)constitution on the mental health of nurses in general hospitals.Methods:Using random sampling,209 nursing staff in Fifth Affiliated Hospital,Sun Yat-Sen University were included,and TCM constitution and mental health were conducted through the Constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionnaire(CCMQ)and SCL-90.Results:Balanced constitution 102 cases(48.8%)and unbalanced constitution 107 cases(51.2%);Spearman correlation analysis:interpersonal sensitivity,phobia,and paranoia were positively correlated with unbalanced constitution and negatively correlated with balanced constitution(P<0.05,P<0.01);Multiple regression analysis:age,education,and marital status had no statistically significant effect on mental health,and unbalanced constitution had statistically significant effects on obsession,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,phobia,paranoia and psychosis(P<0.05).Conclusion:The unbalanced constitution may be an important risk factor for the mental health of nursing staff.
