大学生注意偏向与情绪调节:情绪复杂性的中介作用

Attention bias and emotion regulation:Mediating of emotional complexity

目的:探讨情绪复杂性在注意偏向与情绪调节间的中介作用。方法:采用正性负性信息注意量表、情绪调节量表和情绪复杂性量表对607名大学生进行施测。结果:(1)正性信息注意与认知重评和情绪复杂性显著正相关(r=0.448,0.402;P<0.001),情绪复杂性与认知重评显著正相关(r=0.321,P<0.001);负性信息注意与表达抑制和情绪复杂性显著正相关(r=0.191,0.198;P<0.001);(2)情绪复杂性在正性信息注意和认知重评间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的比例为15.09%;情绪复杂性在负性信息注意和表达抑制间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的比例为11.41%。结论:注意偏向既可以对情绪调节产生直接作用,又可以通过情绪复杂性间接作用于情绪调节。

Objective:To explore the role of emotion complexity on the relationship of attention bias and emotion regulation in college students.Methods:A sample of 607 college students completed measures of Attention to Positive and Negative Inventory,Range and Differentiation of Emotional Experience Scale and Emotion Regulation Questionnaire.Results:(1)Attention to positive information was positively correlated with cognitive reappraisal and emotional complexity(r=0.448,0.402;P<0.001);emotional complexity was positively correlated with cognitive reappraisal(r=0.321,P<0.001);attention to negative information was positively correlated with expression suppression and emotional complexity(r=0.191,0.198;P<0.001).(2)Emotional complexity partially mediated the relationship between attention to positive information and cognitive reappraisal,as well as between attention to negative information and expression suppression.The mediating effect accounted for 15.09%and 11.41%of the total effect respectively.Conclusion:Attention bias has a direct influence and an indirect influence mediated by emotional complexity on emotion regulation in college students.
