云南少数民族地区大理市2016-2018年各类酒店、客栈微小气候监测结果分析

Microclimate monitoring results analysis of various hotels and inns in Dali City of Yunnan Minority Area from 2016 to 2018

目的了解2016-2018年云南少数民族地区大理市各类酒店、客栈微小气候卫生现状,为相关部门的监督管理提供参考依据。方法2016-2018年采取分层随机抽样方法抽取大理市各类酒店、客栈共1395家,使用相关检测仪器严格按照使用说明书进行现场调查监测,对监测数据进行统计学分析处理。结果2016-2018年大理市各类酒店、客栈微小气候监测样品共3627件,合格3231件,合格率89.08%;1~3星级酒店及客栈和4~5星级酒店各监测样品分别2544件和1083件,分别合格1086件和1029件,合格率分别为42.69%和95.01%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=855.56,P<0.05)。不合格项为细菌总数、照度、温度、二氧化碳和噪声。结论大理市各类酒店、客栈微小气候的卫生状况总体较好,且逐年改善,但仍然存在不同程度的污染。提示酒店和客栈应注意日常及时清洁消毒和通风换气,相关部门应继续加强对其常规性和预防性卫生监督监测,同时针对性加强公众宣传教育。

Objective To understand the microclimate and sanitation status of various hotels and inns in Dali City of Yunnan Minority Area in 2016-2018,and to provide a reference for the supervision and management of relevant departments.Methods The stratified random sampling method was used to select 1395 hotels and inns in Dali City.The relevant testing instruments were used to conduct on-site investigation and monitoring in strict accordance with the instructions for use,and the monitoring data were statistically analyzed.Results From 2016 to 2018,there were 3627 samples of microclimate monitoring and testing in various hotels and inns in Dali.And 3231 samples were qualified,with a pass rate of 89.08%.The number of monitoring samples of 1~3 star and 4~5 star hotels were 2544 and 1083,respectively.The number of their qualified samples were 1086 and 1029,respectively,and their pass rates were 42.69%and 95.01%,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=855.56,P<0.05).The unqualified items included the total number of bacteria,illuminance,temperature,carbon dioxide and noise.Conclusion The hygienic conditions of various hotels and inns in Dali City are generally good and improved year by year,but there remains pollution of different degrees.The hotels and inns should pay attention to daily cleaning,disinfection and daily ventilation.The relevant departments should continue to strengthen their routine and preventive health supervision and testing,as well as the targeted public education.
