需求导向下的校企合作计算机类专业人才培养模式研究

Research on the demand-oriented and school enterprise cooperated computer professionals training mode

校企合作是高校人才培养目标达成的重要的手段之一。以需求为导向,阐述了校企合作的现状,分析了存在的问题,提出了解决方案,以期提高应用型人才的培养质量。以运城学院计算机类专业为例,探索校企合作实践经验,提出平台基础+师资流动的合作机制,在计算机相关专业校企合作人才培养上初见成效。

School enterprise cooperation is one of the important means to achieve the goal of talent training in colleges and universities.According to the demand,this paper expounds the current situation of school enterprise cooperation,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward solutions,in order to improve the training quality of applied talents.Taking the computer specialties in Yuncheng University as an example,this paper explores the practical experience of school enterprise cooperation,and puts forward the cooperation mechanism of"platform foundation plus teacher flow",which has achieved initial results in the school enterprise cooperated training of computer professional talents.
