摘要
针对目前大数据人才培养与市场脱轨、学生缺乏工程实践与创新能力等问题,探讨从课程体系、课外创新科技活动、校企合作、师资培养等方面构建人才培养模式。对学校的两届学生开展教学实践,取得了较好的教学效果,学生的工程实践与创新能力有较大的提高。
In view of the current big data talent training and market derailment,students lack of engineering practice and innovation abilities and other issues,this paper discusses the construction of talent training mode from the curriculum system,extracurricular innovation and technology activities,school enterprise cooperation,teacher training and other aspects.Teaching practice has been carried out for two successive years of students in the school,and good teaching effect has been achieved.The engineering practice and innovation abilities of students have been greatly improved.
