Wang Wei’s poetry has been universally used in modern times,whether for reference in literature,for extended creation and composition of music,or for design thinking in architecture,all of which embody the great vitality of his poetry in modern society.In this context,the authors of this paper attempts to analyze the modern use of some of Wang Wei’s masterpieces,and discuss the causes of the intense use of Wang Wei’s poetry for reference to examine the cultural psychology and the historical factors behind it and expound the artistic conception of Wang Wei’s poetry not only as a healer of modern people’s spiritual predicament,but also as a possibility of building a harmonious society.
