摘要
学前教育课程设置是保障幼儿教师职前培养质量的基础,也影响幼儿教师在未来工作中的方方面面。通过了解幼儿教师的职业处境,可以审视学前教育课程设置存在的问题。这种双向的反馈能够引导高校设置更具有科学性和实用价值的课程,有助于支撑幼儿教师专业可持续发展、增强学前教育课程的有效性和实用性、促进幼儿教师在未来工作中素质的全面提高。
The curriculum of preschool education major is the guarantee of the pre-service cultivation quality as well as the professional development of preschool teachers.Colleges and universities should reasonably set up the curriculum according to the professional development conditions of the preschool teachers.
