企业与职业院校都对产教融合有一定的需求。企业竞争力的增强、高素质人才的补充以及产品的转型升级需要产教融合,职业院校社会服务能力的提升、学生就业能力的提升以及师资队伍建设的加强需要产教融合。当前职业教育产教融合发展过程中存在一定问题,表现在:制度体系不健全;政府推力作用不足;企业参与积极性较低;行业指导职能弱化。因此,需要完善相关制度体系,有效保障各参与主体的合法权益;有效发挥政府推动作用,强化产教融合顶层设计;激发企业参与积极性,充分发挥校企协同育人功能;提升行业指导能力,为产教融合协调发展保驾护航。

Either the enterprises or vocational schools need industry and education integration.By the integration,enterprises can strengthen their competition,recruit high-quality talents and upgrade products while vocational schools can promote their social service,improve student’s professional abilities and enhance the teaching staff construction.Presently,imperfect institutional system,insufficient government support,low enterprise enthusiasm and weak industrial guidance hinder the integration.Therefore,it is needed to complete relevant institutions,safeguard the legal interest of the participants,promote the government support,strengthen the top-level design,ignite enterprise’s enthusiasm and improve the industrial guidance so as to give full play to the integration by coordination.
