摘要
以西门子PLC1500为主控制器,本设计完成了传感器单元、防爆接线箱单元、数据采集单元、触摸显示单元、远程监控单元组成的钻井监测系统硬件设计。触摸显示单元与数据采集单元以太网接口通信连接,远程监测单元与数据采集单元无线通信传输数据,数据采集单元通过电控通信插口与钻机设备电控系统以太网接口通信连接,解决钻机现场设备互联互通问题,本设计采用模块化PLC,可根据用户需求灵活组合,配置成多种参数的钻井监测系统,性能稳定,操作方便,应用前景广阔。
This paper discusses drilling monitoring system based on Siemens PLC1500 design.The hardware design of drilling monitoring system composed of sensor unit and explosion-proof,data acquisition unit,touch display unit,remote monitoring unit.Ethernet interface communication connection between touch display unit and data acquisition unit,Data transmission by wireless communication between remote monitoring unit and data acquisition unit,The data acquisition unit is connected with the Ethernet interface of the electric control system,It solves the problem of interconnection of drilling rig field equipment.This design uses modular PLC,It can be flexibly combined according to the needs of users,and can be configured into a drilling monitoring system with various parameters,with stable performance and convenient operation.
