摘要
多焦视网膜电图(Multifocal-electroretinogram,mf-ERG)是一种应用人为闪光刺激评估视网膜功能的诊断性检查工具,可在较短时间内将视网膜受测区域功能图像化,相对客观的反应视网膜功能。光学相干断层扫描(Optical coherence tomography,OCT)是对视网膜的微细形态结构进行横截面扫描的一种检查方法。它可以定量分析黄斑区形态结构,还可以为多种眼底血管性疾病甚至呼吸道、消化道等疾病提供诊疗及科研价值。近年来,临床上越来越多的将两者结合从形态结构和功能两方面全面的了解疾病的进展,从而更有利于为患者制定治疗方案及评估疗效和预后。
Multifocal electroretinogram(mf-ERG)is a diagnostic tool that uses artificial flash stimulation to assess retinal function.It can image the function of the retinal test area in a short time and objectively reflect the retinal function.Optical coherence tomography(OCT)is mainly an inspection method for cross-sectional scanning of the fine morphological structure of the retina.It can quantitatively analyze the morphological structure of the macular area,and also provide diagnosis and treatment and scientific research value for a variety of fundus vascular diseases,even respiratory and digestive tract diseases.In recent years,more and more clinics have combined them to comprehensively understand the progress of the disease from both morphological structure and function,which is more conducive to clinical treatment planning for patients and evaluation of prognostic efficacy.
