摘要
分析了新媒体时代农村文化扶贫工作存在的诸多问题:选择环节上忽视对农村贫困户文化需求的调研;供给环节上缺乏有效的文化筛选;文化供给服务平台建设不完善;专业人才队伍匮乏等。认为在新媒体背景下,农村文化扶贫工作需要不断加强文化需求调研,开展以文化需求为导向的新媒体扶贫,培养农村贫困户的文化选择能力,发展文化产业等。
This paper analyzes the problems existing in the rural cultural poverty alleviation work in the new media era:the research on the cultural needs of rural poor households in the selection process is ignored;the effective cultural screening in the supply chain is lack;the construction of the cultural supply service platform is not perfect;the professional talent team is scarce,etc.It is believed that under the background of new media,cultural poverty alleviation in rural areas needs to continuously strengthen cultural demand research to carry out the demand-oriented new media poverty alleviation,and cultivate the cultural selection ability of rural poor households and develop cultural industries.
