质量变革对区域经济高质量发展影响的空间计量分析

Spatial Econometric Analysis of the Influence of Quality Change on the High-quality Regional Economic Development

在利用熵值法对2008—2018年我国30个省(自治区、直辖市,西藏数据未得到)经济高质量发展水平和质量变革水平测度的基础上,利用空间面板计量模型分析质量变革对区域经济高质量发展的实际效应,结论为:无论经济高质量发展水平还是企业层面、宏观层面的质量变革水平,我国各区域均呈现不断提高的良性变动趋势,但区域发展的非均衡性也比较明显;我国区域经济高质量发展呈现较显著的空间正相关性,具有较强的空间溢出效应,并且主要表现为高-高、低-低的空间集聚特征;企业层面质量变革影响效应不显著,企业层面质量变革将是今后推进全面质量变革的重点领域;宏观层面质量变革影响效应较显著,产业结构优化升级对区域经济高质量发展起到了促进作用。最后提出了相应的政策建议。

This paper uses the Entropy method to measure the high-quality economic development level and quality change level of 30 provinces(cities,autonomous regions)in China from 2008 to 2018,and uses the Spatial Panel Econometric Model to analyze the actual effect of quality change on the high-quality development of regional economy.The conclusions of the study is that regardless of the overall quality economic development level,the quality change of enterprise level or macro level,all areas of our country show a trend of increasing positive changes,but the unbalance of regional development is even more obvious;the high-quality development of Chinese regional economy presents a significant positive spatial correlation with strong spatial spillover effect which is mainly characterized by high-high and low-low spatial agglomeration;the effect of enterprise quality change is not significant and it should be the key aspect to promote overall quality change in the future;the macro-level quality change has a significant impact,and the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure have played a positive role in promoting the high-quality development of the regional economy.It finally puts forward corresponding policy recommendations.
