ESP System Construction of New Engineering under the Background of New Infrastructure

指出“新基建”背景下“新工科”人才外语能力培养存在的问题。提出“新工科”ESP课程体系创新思路:重新确立课程地位,因材施教,按需施教;明确课程教学目标,构建校本特色“新工科”ESP课程体系;编写新教材,组建高素质教学团队;构建与行业、企业高度融合的课程体系;建设在线开放课程,实施线上与线下混合式教学。实现培养具有国际竞争力的“新工科”复合型人才的目标。

This paper points out the problems existing in the foreign language ability training of new engineering talents under the background of new infrastructure.The following innovative ideas of ESP curriculum system of new engineering are put forward:reestablishing the status of the course,teaching students according to their aptitude and their needs;clarifying the teaching objectives of the course and constructing the ESP curriculum system of new engineering with school-based characteristics;compiling new teaching materials and establishing high-quality teaching teams;building a curriculum system highly integrated with industries and enterprises;constructing online open courses and implementing online and offline mixed teaching.The purpose of this research is to train new engineering English talents with international competitiveness.
