面向“一带一路”建设的语言研究现状与热点主题——基于2015—2019年科研立项的统计分析

Current Status and Hot Topics of Language Research Oriented towards“the Belt and Road”--Based on the Statistical Analysis of Scientific Research Projects from 2015 to 2019

分析了面向“一带一路”语言研究的立项课题,发现立项数量还有上升空间。课题研究涉及的空间区域具有不平衡性,立项热点较为集中。课题重视语言政策与规划、语言与文化传播、语言服务与语言产业、对外话语研究等主题,应进一步打破学科壁垒,国家、社会、学术机构、研究人员多主体联动;拓宽研究视野,加强区域和国别研究;均衡研究主题,加强面向“一带一路”建设的语言应急、语言安全、语言资源、非通用语人才培养等研究。

This paper analyzes the language research projects towards“the Belt and Road”and finds out that the number of projects still has room for growth.The research believes that the spatial area involved in the project is imbalanced and the hot spots of the project are relatively concentrated.The project focuses on themes such as language policy and planning,language and cultural communication,language services and industry,and foreign discourse research;disciplinary barriers should be further broken to allow the country,society,academic institutions and researchers to interact with multiple subjects;research horizons should be broadened and regional and country studies should be strengthened;research themes should be balanced and the research on language emergency,language security,language resources and training of non-common language talents for the construction of“the Belt and Road”should be strengthened.
