摘要
为了提高飞机除冰车臂架系统的变幅平顺性,对臂架变幅机构建立数学模型,得到变幅油缸受力、变幅油缸伸缩量变化率及油缸行程的数学表达式。以三者各自的最大值最小为优化目标,以变幅机构3铰点位置为设计变量,利用MATLAB多目标遗传算法对其进行优化求解,运用基于信噪比的满意度函数对得到的Pareto优化解集进行决策,最终得到满意度最高的优化铰点位置。结果分析表明,油缸受力大小降低了23.9%、油缸伸缩量变化率降低了43.9%、油缸行程降低了4.4%,变幅性能得到明显优化,同时也为高空作业设备的实际工程应用提供了理论支持。
In order to improve the variable comfort of the aircraft de-icing vehicle’s boom system,the mathematical model of the the luffing mechanism is set up to work out the expressions of the cylinder force,the rate of change of the expansion and the distance.With the minimization of maximum of each of the three factors as the optimization objective and the position of the three hinge points as the design variable,the MATLAB multi-objective genetic algorithm is adopted for optimization,and the satisfaction function based on the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)is used to make decisions on the set of the Pareto optimal solutions,and finally the optimal hinge points with the highest standard of satisfaction are obtained.The results show that the force size of the cylinder reduces by 23.9%,the rate of expansion change decreases by 43.9%,and the distance goes down by 4.4%.The amplitude-variation performance has obviously optimized,which also provides theoretical support for engineering application of the aerial operation equipment in those practical projects.
