一种湿巾对医用超声探头消毒效果及耦合剂带菌量的观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察一种湿巾对医院超声探头的消毒效果及耦合剂带菌状况,为控制B超诊疗中的感染提供有效方法。方法采用现场消毒试验和细菌定量检测方法,观察某市售湿纸巾对使用中超声探头的消毒效果和超声用耦合剂带菌情况。结果共检测普通超声探头、阴超探头和介入探头共计102件,消毒前细菌总数超标率67.65%,最高带菌数为4100 cfu/件。超声探头上检出新洋葱伯克霍尔德菌、表皮葡萄球菌和人葡萄球菌等分居前3位。采用浓度为4500 mg/L季铵盐消毒液浸湿纸巾擦拭消毒后的普通探头细菌超标仍超过20%;湿巾擦拭后的阴超探头带菌数均不超标;介入探头细菌阳性率为15%。采集使用中耦合剂19份,细菌总数超标率为26.31%;检出新洋葱伯克霍尔德菌、表皮葡萄球菌和头状葡萄球菌分居前3位。结论医用超声探头和使用中的耦合剂均存在严重污染,使用含消毒剂的湿巾对超声探头具有一定消毒效果。 Objective To observe the disinfection effect of a kind of wet wipes on hospital ultrasonic probes and bacterial load of coupling agent,and provide an effective method for controlling infection in B-ultrasound diagnosis and treatment.Methods Using on-site disinfection experiments and bacterial quantitative detection methods,the disinfection effect of a commercially available wet wipes on the ultrasonic probes in use and bacterial load of coupling agent were observed.Results A total of 102 probes including ordinary ultrasound probes,vaginal ultrasound probes and interventional probes were tested.The over standard rate of total number of bacteria before disinfection was 67.65%,and the highest number of bacteria was 4100 cfu/piece.The top three strains detected on the ultrasound probe were Burkholderia cepacia,Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus hominis.After wiping and disinfecting with a quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant by concentration of 4500 mg/L,the bacteria of the ordinary probe exceeded the standard by more than 20%;the number of bacteria in the vaginal ultrasound probe after wiping with the wet wipes did not exceed the standard;the positive rate of the interventional probe was 15%.19 coupling agents in use were collected,and the over standard rate of total number of bacteria was26.31%;the top three strains detected were Burkholderia cepacia,Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus capitis.Conclusion Both the medical ultrasonic probes and the coupling agent in use are seriously contaminated,and the use of disinfectant-containing wet wipes has a certain disinfection effect on ultrasonic probes.
